Funeral Service
The body of the deceased is present. Can include an open or closed casket. Typically takes place within a few days of passing.

Memorial Service
The body is not present. Can take place weeks or months later. A time to celebrate and honor the life of the deceased.
Scheduling & Logistics

Services must be scheduled in consultation with a pastor.
The sanctuary is available for services expecting over 100 guests.
The Café/Multipurpose Room is available for smaller services.
Memorial services are typically scheduled on Thursdays during business hours.

A CCRS pastor will officiate all services. If a family requests another pastor, it must be approved by our pastoral staff.

Music should reflect a worshipful and Christ-centered atmosphere.
Families may submit a Spotify playlist for approval.
Any video presentations must be submitted 24 hours before the service.

Families may display photos and mementos.
No nails, tacks, or adhesives may be used on church property.
All decorations must be removed within two hours after the service.

CCRS provides water and a flower arrangement.
Families are responsible for food, serving, and cleanup.

Parking is available on the north side of the church.
Overnight parking is not permitted.
