Biblical Counseling

WELCOME!

The counseling ministry aims to empower believers with biblical insights and practical tools to navigate life as disciples of Jesus. We achieve this by adhering to the Word of God and relying on the Holy Spirit to guide us. We hold fast to upholding the dignity and worth of each person, and recognizing them as created in God's image.

biblical counseling

Biblical, pastoral, and Christian counseling practices have a rich history that predates modern medicine and psychology. The best definition of biblical counseling is using the Bible as a source to counsel individuals. Of course, formal secular psychology and therapies are of value in certain circumstances.

Biblical counseling is rooted in Christ's command to learn from Him, as stated in Matthew 28:18-20. We also trust in the promise of Romans 12:1-2, which speaks to the renewing of our minds.

  • After you submit your information, we will reach out as soon as possible to coordinate a time to come together.

  • Please pray and read these scriptures before your first appointment.

ROMANS 12:1-2 “Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”

I COR 10: “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not [a]carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.”

JAMES 4:10:  “Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.”
